Stay Away from Cybermedia Singapore, It’s Likely a Scam

When you’re searching for a Google Ad Manager (ADX) Multiple Customer Management (MCM) MI (Manage Inventory) or MA (Manage Account) account, be sure to avoid Cybermedia Singapore (Network code: 21902364955). This company is very likely a scam.

Cybermedia Singapore is actually run by a group from India and typically scams people in two ways:

Selling Google ADX MI (Manage Inventory) or MA (Manage Account) accounts through Facebook groups, Fiverr, or other platforms, which is a serious violation of Google’s ad network policies.
Failing to pay downstream MI or MA accounts under Google ADX.

Here’s my personal experience: in May 2024, I intended to use a Google Ad Manager MI account to run ads on my website and increase ad revenue. I found Cybermedia Singapore’s MCM network on Fiverr. I joined their MI (Manage Inventory) on May 14, 2024, and started purchasing traffic for my website from social platforms like Facebook and Twitter. From May 15 to August 14, 2024, traffic from these social platforms generated revenue over four months. Cybermedia had originally promised a 45-day payment term, so the May 2024 revenue should have been settled in July 2024. But as of today, November 4, 2024, I haven’t received a single payment. Since August 2024, I’ve been following up via email, but the staff either ignores my emails or gives vague responses. It’s clear that this company and its employees have no sense of responsibility, leading to significant financial and time losses as well as lasting emotional distress.

If you’ve encountered a similar situation, please send relevant evidence to my email at bunkerbob@bunkerbasics.com.

I intend to expose these unethical actions across multiple platforms and submit this evidence to Google to report these unethical companies within their network.
